Yingxi Yang

Yingxi Yang is a PhD student in Professor Jiguang Wang's group. She obtained her bachelor's degree in Information and Computing Science at University of Science and Technology Beijing (USTB). She continued her master's study in Applied Statistics at Professor Yan Xu's lab at USTB where she focused on the prediction of post-translational modification in proteins using machine learning and deep learning algorithms. Her current research interest is on genomic analysis of cavernous malformations.
